Refund Policy

At Earthcake.in, we aim to deliver happiness through every cake and flower you receive. However, if something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve created a fair and transparent refund policy to address any issues you may encounter.


Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

1. Order Cancellations

Refunds for cancellations are processed in line with our [Cancellation Policy]. Depending on when the cancellation is requested, you may be entitled to:

  • A partial or full refund to your original payment method (bank account).

  • A 100% refund to your Earthcake wallet (no deduction).

2. Product Concerns

We stand by the quality of our products. Refunds or replacements are offered in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, contact our customer support within 24 hours. Photo evidence may be required. After verification, we’ll issue a replacement or a refund (bank account or Earthcake wallet).

  • Incorrect Items: If the wrong product is delivered, inform us within 24 hours. We’ll arrange a quick replacement or offer a full refund.

3. Delivery Issues

  • Failed Delivery (Our Fault): If we’re unable to deliver and rescheduling isn’t possible, a full refund will be issued.

  • Delayed Delivery: If your order isn’t delivered within our maximum SLA of 5 days (excluding same-day deliveries), you’re entitled to a full refund upon request.


Refund Timeline

  • Bank Account Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Earthcake Wallet Refunds: Processed within 2–3 business days and can be used for future orders.


Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Late Cancellation Requests: Cancellations made outside the eligible time window mentioned in our policy.

  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Includes same-day deliveries, midnight deliveries, and special-day orders (e.g., Valentine’s Day).

  • Incorrect Information Provided by Customer: No refund will be issued if an order issue is caused by incorrect delivery details or other customer-side errors.


Discretionary Refunds

In rare cases, we may consider refunds outside standard terms due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies). These are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief Reason for the refund request

  • Your Preferred Refund Method (Bank Account or Earthcake Wallet)
