At Earthcake.in, our goal is to deliver happiness through timely and delightful gifting experiences. However, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Cancellation Charges & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Before 24 Hours of the Selected Delivery Slot:

  • Bank Account Refund: If the cancellation is requested more than 24 hours before the start of the chosen delivery time slot, 5% of the order value will be deducted as a cancellation fee. The remaining 95% will be refunded to your bank account.

  • Earthcake Wallet Refund: You can opt for a 100% refund to your Earthcake wallet with no cancellation fee deducted.


2. Cancellation Between 12 to 24 Hours of the Selected Delivery Slot:

  • Bank Account Refund: If cancellation is made between 12 to 24 hours before the delivery slot, 10% of the order value will be deducted. 90% will be refunded to your bank account.

  • Earthcake Wallet Refund: You may opt for a full refund to your Earthcake wallet with no deductions.


3. Cancellation Within 12 Hours of the Delivery Slot:

  • No Refund: If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled delivery slot, no refund will be issued—neither to your bank account nor your Earthcake wallet.


Discretionary Refunds

All refunds—whether to bank account or Earthcake wallet—are subject to the discretion of Earthcake.in. We may consider refund requests in special circumstances such as:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Natural disasters

  • Other unavoidable events

However, refunds cannot be claimed as a right under these conditions.


Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation requests will not be accepted under the following scenarios:

  • Same-Day Deliveries: Orders placed for same-day delivery are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  • Same-Day Midnight Deliveries: Midnight deliveries scheduled for the same day of placing the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Special Occasions: Orders placed for special days such as Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, Mother’s Day, etc., are non-cancellable and non-refundable.


We appreciate your understanding. Each cancellation request is reviewed carefully, but our policies will be followed strictly to ensure fairness for all our customers and vendor partners.
